It’s hard to believe that we’ve already started burning through the second half of 2026, isn’t it? The BattleTech team has been hard at work with upcoming releases that we all know about, like the BattleTech: Starter Box, the BattleTech: Core Box, and the BattleTech: Core Rulebook. Alongside that, we’ve talked about new ForcePacks hitting shelves, and you’ve seen awesome projects like the Fire and Ice BattleMats and BattleTech: Grinder Miniatures Tray.

But, while the team is busy, that doesn’t mean they’ve been resting on their laurels.

You may have seen teasers. Some of these things were talked about at AdeptiCon or at Gen Con this year. You may have heard whispers on Tuesday Newsday. But now, prepare yourself for what is coming later this year!

Aces: Snowblind

It’s upon us!

With the success of BattleTech: Aces: Scouring Sands, the system keeps moving forward. BattleTech: Aces: Snowblind takes the portrayed conflict out of the Hinterlands and fights with the remnants of Clan Jade Falcon and into the warzone that is the Rasalhague Dominion in 3151. With the Dominion Civil War raging, several groups have the opportunity to rise against the rule of Clan Ghost Bear and the pro-Star League factions within.

As before with Scouring Sands, Snowblind is designed to be used with the Alpha Strike Box Set. This box set features eight ‘Mech designs and variants, all new to plastic!

  • Fire Moth G
  • Arctic Cheetah A
  • Rime Otter Prime
  • Grendel A
  • Grizzly 3
  • Nova Cat B
  • Kingfisher C
  • Viking IIC

That is definitely a representative spread of Clan Ghost Bear! You will be able to face off against these terrifying machines in battlefields built with 16 new terrain pieces, using over 120 new cards, and utilizing over 60 new tokens. Included will also be an Aces system rulebook, campaign logs, and more!

The Ghost Bear is wounded, and now your company can earn unprecedented glory in the territory they’ve held since the Clan Invasion!

Bug ‘Mech Company ForcePack

First revealed to our wonderful Kappas and Kerenskys at KerenskyCon 2024 in Schaumburg, Illinois just before AdeptiCon 2024, the Bug ‘Mech Company is one of those packs that members of the community have been dreaming about since A Game of Armored Combat first hit the shelves. We’ve seen oodles and oodles of speculation since that teaser, and we felt that it was time to let the swarm fly!

This box contains 12 fully-assembled miniatures seen from various previous releases. Inside you’ll find;

  • 2 Stingers - Inner Sphere Command Lance
  • 2 Wasps - Inner Sphere Battle Lance
  • 2 Spiders - Inner Sphere Support Lance
  • 2 Fireflys - BattleTech: Mercenaries
  • 1 Locust - A Game of Armored Combat
  • 1 Locust - Alpha Strike Box Set
  • 1 Cicada - Inner Sphere Pursuit Lance
  • 1 Flea - BattleTech: Mercenaries

As you can see, this is a box worthy of Tai-i Mercer Ravannion’s “respect!” You’ll get twelve MechWarrior pilot cards and twelve Alpha Strike cards for use with this box as well, so you’ll be ready for any game of BattleTech or Alpha Strike!

Clan Wolf Fighter Points AeroSpace ForcePack

BattleTech fans got their first taste of Clan AeroSpace superiority in modern plastic with the release of Salvage Box: Visigoth in the BattleTech: Mercenaries Kickstarter campaign. But as MechWarriors looked to the skies and beyond, we wanted to bring even more Clan firepower to bear. The new Clan Wolf Fighter Points ForcePack is ready to provide with a variety of tactical roles covered with powerful OmniFighters.

Inside, you’ll find 6 fully-assembled miniatures, 6 pilot cards, 6 Battlefield Support: AeroSpace cards, and 6 Alpha Strike cards!

  • 2 Chaeronea
  • 2 Jagatai
  • 2 Jengiz

This box will prepare your Clan forces for any aerial skirmish, from dogfighting missions to strafing runs!

House Steiner Squadron AeroSpace ForcePack

If there was one place that Inner Sphere warriors could always keep up with Clanners, it was in the cockpit of an AeroSpace fighter. For what the Inner Sphere lacked in technology, they made up for in sheer guts. In the BattleTech: Clan Invasion Kickstarter campaign, we surprised backers with a plastic Shilone fighter-bomber. And while that fighter is a workhorse, it is not alone in protecting the territory of Lyran Commonwealth with the House Steiner Fighter Squadron!

Inside, you’ll find 6 fully-assembled miniatures, 6 pilot cards, 6 Battlefield Support: AeroSpace cards, and 6 Alpha Strike cards!

  • 2 Seydlitz
  • 2 Lucifer
  • 2 Chippewa

While more generalist in their doctrinal approach, this fighter group is ready to take on any comers in the skies or in the void!

C-Scale BattleMaster

We heard the community loud and clear! With the success of the iconic BattleTech Gothic: C-Scale Atlas and the reintroduction of the C-Scale Timber Wolf, we have worked to make the C-Scale BattleMaster a reality! Face this iconic giant against others in your collection, paint a commemorative piece for your favorite command, or make this “miniature” a unique painting project! The sky’s the limit with the C-Scale BattleMaster.

Leopard-class MapScale DropShip

With the announcement of the Union-class Map Scale DropShip, Overlord-class Map Scale DropShip, and the Overlord C-class Map Scale DropShip during the BattleTech: Mercenaries Kickstarter campaign, we were excited to bring some of the most iconic ships of BattleTech to modern plastic. But one question remained, murmured throughout the community, “Where is the Leopard?”

It was definitely on our radar, and now here it is! Whether hot-dropping MechWarriors into the fray or acting as an important, logistical mule (not to be confused with the Mule-class DropShip), the Leopard-class DropShip is ubiquitous around the Inner Sphere. It’s easy to see why too; with the room to pack a full lance of ‘Mechs, sufficient firepower in order to clear a drop zone on its own or with minimal escort, and cheap enough that even small mercenary outfits can field them in decent numbers if needed. The Leopard-class is a ship that won’t fade away for a long time, and it is about time that this iconic DropShip has made it to modern plastic!

Inside this pack, you’ll find the miniature of the Leopard-class DropShip alongside a flight base and acrylic flight stand!

Union-class MapScale DropShip (Remastered)

The original Union-class Map Scale DropShip is a fantastic model, showing the company-scale ship on the ground on its landing struts, ready to disgorge its complement of twelve ‘Mechs. However, this ship is just as dangerous in the gulf of stars! It has a dizzying array of weapons, ready to bring a deadly fusillade to bear on any foe that attempts to keep it from its destination.

To that end, we remastered the Union-class to showcase this versatility! The pack now includes a flight base and acrylic flight stand along with the reworked model! We can’t wait to fully show this model off in the future, so stay tuned for when we do!

That is quite the line-up! You’ll be seeing more as we get closer to release for each of these awesome products. We’ll still have more coming, like the Fire and Ice BattleMats, in the meantime, but you can expect all of these items to land on the Catalyst Game Labs webstore and in your local gaming store throughout this coming Autumn before the holiday season!

See you on the field, MechWarrior!
